Can I make an inquiry to the event organizer about a tour before making a reservation? (Regarding cancel policy/weight restriction etc.)

※Please register for Sotoasobi and log in if you would like to contact.

1  Click “ask the event organizer for help”link under the top photo of course you would like to take.
2  After rechecking the course’s name,fill in the required form and click “Contact us” button.
3  You can check reply from an event organizer in ”Message overview” on My page.


Can I contact the event organizer after making a reservation? (confirmation of the reservation or local weather etc.)

※Please make sure to tell that you have made the reservation through Sotoasobi.

※If you have already registered,please log in “My page”.
※If you need immediate assistance,the event organizer’s phone number is written in a confirmation email and “Reservation list” on “My page”.Please contact the event organizer directly.

1  Click the “Message list” on “My Page”.
2  Messages are sorted by reservation number.After click a relevant message and write what you would like to ask,please click “Send a message” button.
  ※Reservation number is written on an email which is titled “We accepted your reservation.
  ※Your reservation has not confirmed yet.”
3  You can also check reply from an event organizer by”Message overview” on My page.


Can I re-check the tour contents and reservation before participating the tour?

You can refer to "My Page" or reservation inquiry to check the tour price, belongings, meeting place and time.


Can I cancel or change my reservation?

※There is a possibility that cancellations incur cancellation fee.Be sure to check a course detail please.

1  For a member,select the tour you would like to cancel from”Reservation list”on”My Page” and click “Check the tour detail and reservation contents” button.
2  Click”Request to cancel the tour” button.
3  After write down a message,click the “Send a message” button.Alternatively,

you can call the event organizer directly. The phone number is also written in a confirmation email.


I can’t find my member registration email. What should I do?

There is a possibility that an email to verify your email address  can’t be delivered depend on email or security setting.
If you can’t receive the email,set your email account to be able to  receive an email from info@sotoasobi.net , and re-registere please.
When you use free email account like Yahoo! or hotmail, an email can be sorted automatically for spam mail folders.Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders if you can’t find an email to verify your email address.


I can’t log in my page. What should I do?

For members who registered by email : Please confirm whether there are mistakes in email address and ID or not.
※There are cases in which you enter blanks in email address/password by mistake .If you forget your password, you can reset your password from here.

For members who registered by facebook・Google+:If you have several accounts,please confirm whether it is the account which you used for Sotoasobi or not.


I forget my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password from here.
※We issue URL to reissue a password.Please enter your  registered email.

※Fore members who registered same address for several accounts:
There are cases in which you can’t reset your password from this form. 
If you can’t ,Please click “Contact us” button and send a message.

※There is a possibility that an email to verify your email address  can’t be delivered depend on email or security setting.
   If you can’t receive the email even after 1 day have passed ,set your email account to be able to receive an email from info@sotoasobi.net , and re-registere please.


How can I post a review?

You can post a review from “My Page”.And if you click “Share the reservation contents with your friends” button from ”Reservation list” on “My Page” and send the indicated URL to your companions, they can post a review after register for membership and log in.

1  Click”Post a review”button on “My Page”
2  After Tours you have taken are displayed,select the relevant tour and click “Post a review” button.


I'm going to be late for the meeting time. What should I do?

Please call the event organizer directly. You can find the the phone number on "My Page" or reservation confirmation email.
※Please make sure to tell that you have made the reservation through Sotoasobi.

Please send a message for to the event organizer from "My Page" after logging in. Alternatively, you can call the event organizer directly.

I‘m not sure I make a reservation correctly. How can I reconfirm it?

Did you receive an email which is titled “We accepted your reservation. ※ Your reservation has not confirmed yet.”?
We send the email to your reservation email address but it may be undelivered depends on the network condition.
If you can’t receive the email, please check “My Page” or “Reservation Inquiry”.


How can I enter my name’s Frigana?(Japanese syllabic characters to indicate pronunciation)

Please translate your name into Japanese by free translation sites (ex.Google translate,Bing etc.)
Copy the translated name and paste it in “name(Furigana)” colum on a reservatin form.
